O \u00eent\u00e2lnire de aproximativ o or\u0103 a devenit o vizit\u0103 de business, care s-a \u0219i concretizat, de aproape jum\u0103tate de zi. Asta am \u0219i f\u0103cut, \u00eentreb\u0103rile nu au ezitat s\u0103 fie trimise, iar Yotzo nu a ezitat s\u0103 ne r\u0103spund\u0103. Studii, experien\u021b\u0103 profesional\u0103, hobby-uri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yotzo Molnar:<\/strong> Cine este Yotzo? Bun\u0103 \u00eentrebare\ud83d\ude0a, m\u0103 descop\u0103r \u0219i m\u0103 schimb \u00een fiecare zi. Printre cele mai mari hobby-uri personale se afl\u0103 muzica, gamingul, sunt iubitor de ma\u0219ini,formula1, tennis, volley, sport pe care l-am \u0219i practicat intens pe vremea \u0219colariz\u0103rii. Iubesc plantele, am o colec\u021bie frumoas\u0103 de peste 30 de ghivece de flori, printre care desigur \u0219i dou\u0103 plante de cafea. Imi place ordinea, recunosc c\u0103 am o doz\u0103 de perfec\u021bionism, \u00eemi place ca lucrurile s\u0103 fie la \u201clinie\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Urbea Mea:<\/strong> \u0218tim c\u0103 e\u0219ti foarte apreciat de zona HoReCa, mai ales ca un profesionist barista. Cum a \u00eenceput totul \u0219i ce te-a determinat s\u0103 alegi domeniul acesta? Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 specialist \u00een domeniul cafelei?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yotzo Molnar:<\/strong> Totul a inceput cu \u00eentrebarea \u201ccine vrea s\u0103 pr\u0103jeasc\u0103 cafea?\u201d din lips\u0103 de personal pentru postul respectiv. Am ridicat degetele asemeni copilului care sare din banc\u0103 ca s\u0103 fie observat c\u00e2nd \u0219tie r\u0103spunsul. Din punctul meu de vedere este mai mult dec\u00e2t un barista, este o persoan\u0103 dinamic\u0103 \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, contopit\u0103 cu acest domeniu. Un specialist cred eu c\u0103 st\u0103p\u00e2ne\u0219te mai multe arii din acest domeniu, fie el de preparare, implementare, tehnic, ba chiar calcule financiare, pentru c\u0103 \u0219tim, \u00eentr-un final se ajunge \u0219i la costuri.
