Insa acesta nu este singurul beneficiu al utilizarii unei biciclete de fitness sau unei benzi de alergare. Exercitiile fizice de acest gen te ajuta, in acelasi timp, sa-ti controlezi greutatea, sa slabesti si sa te mentii in forma. De asemenea, acestea contribuie la intarirea sistemului imunitar si, nu in ultimul rand, reduc riscul aparitiei anumitor boli cronice!<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, trebuie sa stii ca indiferent de obiectivele propuse, cum ar fi cresterea fortei si masei musculare, antrenamentele cardio nu trebuie excluse din rutina activitatilor tale sportive. Chiar si antrenamentele de forta, cu haltere si gantere, trebuie combinate cu cele care implica utilizarea unei biciclete de fitness, spre exemplu! Exercitiile cardio ofera numeroase beneficii pentru sanatatea intregului organism, atat din punct de vedere fizic, cat si psihic.<\/p>\n<p>Insa, pentru a te bucura de toate avantajele, exercitiile de acest tip trebuie efectuate in mod regulat, aproximativ 30-60 de minute pe zi. Iar daca nu ai timpul necesar sa mergi la sala de sport regulat, poti apela la o <a href=\"https:\/\/sport-mag.ro\/14-biciclete-fitness\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bicicleta de fitness<\/a> pentru acasa! In felul acesta vei economisi timp, energie si bani. Iata, asadar, de ce sa faci asta:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Buna functionare a sistemului cardiovascular<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Exercitiile cardio pot preveni infarctul, contribuind la scaderea tensiunii si reglarea glicemiei. Acest beneficiu extraordinar se explica prin faptul ca folosirea regulata a unei biciclete de fitness ajuta la imbunatatirea semnificativa a circulatiei sanguine.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Arderea eficienta a caloriilor <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Alt avantaj major al unui antrenament cardio cu bicicleta de fitness este ca poti scapa de kilogramele nedorite in timp record. In functie de nivelul intensitatii la care pedalezi poti arde chiar si pana la 700-800 de calorii intr-o ora. Astfel, in doar 10 zile vei reusi sa slabesti 1 kilogram! Incepatorii pot seta aparatul pentru o activitate moderata, iar cei avansati pot opta pentru nivelul HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Protejarea articulatiilor picioarelor si spatelui<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Spre deosebire de jogging si chiar mersul pe jos, care pot pune mare tensiune pe articulatii, bicicleta de fitness este ideala pentru persoanele supraponderale sau cu probleme de sanatate. Cand efectuezi un astfel de antrenament cardio, realizezi doua tipuri de miscari: impingi si tragi. Impinsul pedalei intareste cvadricepsii, pe cand trasul intareste bicepsii femurali.
